God is Not Policing You.

Read this and you might be surprised how God relates with you daily. He loves you dearly and wants to help you always. Patiently read the following and be comforted. He is not looking for how to punish you.

Psalm 103:2-14 (NKJV)

2 Praise the Lord, O my soul!

Do not forget all his kind deeds!

3 He is the one who forgives all your sins,

who heals all your diseases,

4 who delivers your life from the Pit,

who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion,

5 who satisfies your life with good things,

so your youth is renewed like an eagle’s.

6 The Lord does what is fair,

and executes justice for all the oppressed.

7 The Lord revealed his faithful acts to Moses,

his deeds to the Israelites.

8 The Lord is compassionate and merciful;

he is patient and demonstrates great loyal love.

9 He does not always accuse,

and does not stay angry.

10 He does not deal with us as our sins deserve;

he does not repay us as our misdeeds deserve.

11 For as the skies are high above the earth,

so his loyal love towers over his faithful followers.

12 As far as the eastern horizon is from the west,

so he removes the guilt of our rebellious actions from us.

13 As a father has compassion on his children,

so the Lord has compassion on his faithful followers.

14 For he knows what we are made of;

he realizes we are made of clay.

The Right to Live!

Respect People's Right to Live

Respect People’s Right to Live

Anointing for Sale!

“And when Simon saw that through the laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money, saying, “Give me this power also, that anyone on whom I lay hands may receive the Holy Spirit.”

But Peter said to him, “Your money perish with you, because you thought t

hat the gift of God could be purchased with money! You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God.

Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you. For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity.” Acts 8:18-23 (NKJV)

The passage above is very clear on what the early believers (Apostles) thinks of “buying anointing – power of God,” with money. The modern day approach seems very different; many people seem to think that they can even buy God. The value system has so changed that Peter could be considered to be “out of touch”.

There was an incidence in the Old Testament that I will like you to read:

1 Kings 13:33-34,  says, “After this event Jeroboam did not turn from his evil way, but again he made priests from every class of people for the high places; whoever wished, he consecrated him, and he became one of the priests of the high places. And this thing was the sin of the house of Jeroboam, so as to exterminate and destroy it from the face of the earth.”

Do you really think you can buy the power of God?

Jeroboam used cunning tactics to keep people out of going to Jerusalem to worship. He made an idol for the people to worship and made priest for himself. He played politics with the things of God and lost big time.

The hot pursuit for transfer of anointing is really a big concern. Please beware of strange fire. We don’t need “strange fire” for the work of God. He is able to glorify his name in you and in your calling. You can read about the consequences of strange fire in Leviticus 10:1-3.

“And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not.

And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.

Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the Lord spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.”

God does not destroy His children but the devil may take advantage of strange fire to afflict those who “borrow it from him”

Job 1:16, reads “While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.” (KJV). The fire in this scripture was from the devil. He used it to afflict Job.

God is never pleased with merchandising His power. I strongly believe that believers must not “sell or buy” the power of God. Those who do it will argue with this message. Many people do it in disguise; they cloth their trade with “spiritual sugar” difficult to for many people to discern.

We cannot buy the power of God. It was never meant to be and will not be. Don’t be lured into it by any means.

Celebrate Your Breakthrough! Do what God Said.

Celebrate your breakthrough

Celebrate your breakthrough.

It is what God says that matters; do it. Don’t wait for everybody to be happy with your breakthrough, they may never! You must rise to your new level; to the new things God is doing in your life. Don’t allow the “law” of men to “limit” you. God bless you.

Tribute to A Noble Woman

“Nevertheless a lad saw them, and told Absalom. But both of them went away quickly and came to a man’s house in Bahurim, who had a well in his court; and they went down into it.

Then the woman took and spread a covering over the well’s mouth, and spread ground grain on it; and the thing was not known. And when Absalom’s servants came to the woman at the house, they said, “Where are Ahimaaz and Jonathan?”

So the woman said to them, “They have gone over the water brook.”

And when they had searched and could not find them, they returned to Jerusalem.”

This woman, whose name was never mentioned among the “greats” in David’s Kingdom, played a great part in preserving the life of King David during the conflict with Absalom. Her wisdom was amazing and I am always excited each time I read about her.

There are many women like that today who are doing great things to help people in our communities; their lives affect both the peasants and the princes.  Their names are never mentioned and might never be, because they are not “whatever” that should be given publicity. These are the “unsung great women”, who you can join me to celebrate today and always. If you ever think you fall into this category, I salute you will all due respect and appreciation; God bless you.
